NON LITIGASI: Wacana Hukum, Keadilan, Restoratif dan Pembaharuan Hukum is a peer-reviewed legal journal published by Yayasan Pendidikan dan Pelayanan Kesehatan Rahmat Husada and managed by Institute of Strategic and Global Studies. The journal is published biannually in January and July and provides immediate open access to support the global exchange of legal knowledge.

The journal publishes original research articles and review studies focusing on non-litigation legal mechanisms, restorative justice, alternative dispute resolution, legal reform, and contemporary justice issues. Its scope includes restorative justice, social conflict, customary deliberation (musyawarah adat), community resilience, non-punitive justice, law enforcement, and various contemporary approaches to dispute resolution and social harmony.
