About the Journal

NON LITIGASI: Wacana Hukum, Keadilan, Restoratif dan Pembaharuan Hukum is a peer-reviewed legal journal published by Yayasan Pendidikan dan Pelayanan Kesehatan Rahmat Husada and managed by Institute of Strategic and Global Studies. The journal is published biannually in January and July and provides immediate open access to its content, supporting the broader dissemination and exchange of scholarly knowledge in the field of law and justice.

NON LITIGASI aims to provide an academic platform for scholars, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and community actors to publish original research articles, conceptual papers, and critical studies related to non-litigation legal mechanisms, restorative justice, and contemporary legal reform.
