PENYULUHAN HUKUM DI KECAMATAN NUSAHERANG TENTANG PENCEGAHAN TINDAK PIDANA KEKERASAN SEKSUAL TERHADAP ANAK

Abstract

Violence against children is a serious problem that requires attention and action from various parties, including society. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness ofcommunity assistance programs in preventing violence against children in Kuningan Regency. The methodology used is normative juridical legal research using primary, secondary and tertiary materials such as statutory regulations, journals and books. The research results show that community assistance involving various elements, such as community leaders, educational institutions and non-governmental organizations, can significantly reduce incidents ofviolence against children. This program also increases public awareness and understanding of the importance of child protection and effective ways to prevent violence. In addition, it was found that active community participation in socialization and education activities plays an important role in creating a safe environment for children. This research concludes that community assistance is an effective strategy and needs to be strengthened and developed further to ensure the sustainability of preventing violence against children in Kuningan Regency.
