IMPLEMENTASI HAKIKAT PEMAKNAAN PROFESI VS PEKERJAAN DALAM SISTEM HUKUM DI INDONESIA

Abstrak

One aspect that emphasizes ethics and morals regarding a person's behavior is in the field of skilled work called a profession. Because the profession is a job whose expertise is theoretical and technical, which relies on honesty, the dependence and expectations of the people who need help are very large in order to implement the justice system. The method used in preparing this scientific work is a descriptive method by applying a qualitative approach. The research results show that a profession is a job whose implementation requires a number of certain requirements. Professions have certain qualifications, namely knowledge, application of knowledge, professional educational institutions, professional behavior, and professional code of ethics. A profession is a field of work because in essence a profession is a job that a person does. This job can be done after going through a long education and training process. The conclusion of this research is that a profession requires special skills and expertise that a person obtains through education in a special field. In general, people who have a profession are said to be professionals.
