Al-Isbat : Kajian Hukum Islam, Hukum Publik, dan Hukum Privat is an academic journal focusing on the development of legal scholarship and research in the fields of Islamic law, public law, and private law within national and global legal dynamics. The journal publishes research articles and conceptual studies addressing Islamic law and comparative law, constitutional and administrative law, criminal and civil law, as well as the intersection of law, justice, and social values to support the advancement of a fair, responsive, and sustainable legal system.
